As a Project Manager, you are responsible for coordinating and managing projects from start to finish. You oversee planning, budgets, quality and communication, acting as the key link between design, production, suppliers and clients. Thanks to your organisational skills and technical insight, you ensure that every project is delivered efficiently, on time and to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects from handover through to final delivery.
- Develop, monitor and manage project schedules, budgets and deadlines.
- Coordinate and supervise internal teams (workshop and installation crews) as well as external partners.
- Work closely with design, estimating and production teams to translate concepts into successful execution.
- Organise and oversee on-site installations, both nationally and internationally.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Identify potential issues and implement effective solutions during production and installation.
- Report on project progress, costs, planning and potential risks.
Your Profile
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, architecture or a related technical field, or equivalent through experience.
- Experience as a Project Manager in construction, interior fit-out, theming, scenic construction or custom manufacturing is a strong advantage.
- Strong technical understanding of materials, production processes and installation methods.
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform under pressure.
- Strong communication skills when working with clients, suppliers and colleagues.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Good command of Dutch; English is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and work on-site, including international projects.
